    Low volume

    "I purchased this product and tried it out. I immediately noticed the volume on the sound was very low to the point where I had to turn my radio all the way up to hear anything. I reached out to N ear and still haven't received anything back about how they can fix this problem. When I put my regular hand mic on my radio and put just the ear piece to the hand mic I have full control of the sound."
